Englishmen Barred From Being Police in their Own Country

"The [Gloucestershire Police Force] claimed it was under pressure to achieve the government's target, set in 1999, to have 2.8% of Gloucestershire officers to be from ethnic minorities by 2009. The national target is 7%." This is how a British government agency justified acts of discrimination against the English people.
This is just one symptom of a larger problem that is happening throughout the English world -- the collective suicide of our people.

and when the minority of non english become the majority and cannot work..ie, no english speaking.. on the dole, therefore no tax money...the uk will wake up to broken equipment and no paychecks..sounds like the moscow,russia police dept.
I do not seek to cause offense, but can you read? At no point did I intimate that foreigners should be barred from working. To the contrary, I was protesting the flawed notion that it should be lawful to ban qualified English people from being police because some sort of racial quota is being enforced.
Ideally, Anglosphere countries treat foreign immigrants who adopt English language and customs very well.
